Referring to Lord Crewe's telegram

of 7th. August, 1908, I have the honour to forward in dupli-

-cate statement of Revenue and Expenditure of the Tientsin

Postal Agency for the period 10th. October, 1908, to 9th.

October, 1909, and to request that the Lords Commissioners

of the Treasury may be moved to remit to the Crom Agents for

the Colonies for credit to this Government's account the

equivalent of 83,024.75, being one-half of the loss sustain-

-ed.
